naked truths aren't always pretty?

One day husband and her pregnant wife were travelling in the car on the way to their home

they met with an accident due to which the wife lost her baby and in the hospital the doctor 

confirmed that she cannot be pregnant in the future.

After that incident slowly slowly her wife got into depression and later on she was diagnosed with the  rare skin disease which was incurable and would increase as the days passes and eventually could take her life. The husband after knowing this has planned for  a fake accident as it was unbearable for him to watch his wife in pain due to that disease so he portrait in front of his wife as if he has lost his both eyes in the accident  and started to take care of his wife as a blind , as the days were passing by the skin disease of her wife was spreading all over her body .

And one day her wife passed away......... one of his friend asked the husband in the funeral why he was portraying himself as a blind in front of his wife then the husband smiled and answered that her wife would have not survived long as she could not see me in the pain so i have portrait myself as blind so that she can survive long with him....
